I got a pair of these flats (the olive green color) and was in love! That is, I was in love with them for the month I had them before they broke. I was in the middle of a movie at the theatre when the elastic became undone from the shoe itself! I was and had been sitting there, watching a movie for 2 hours and it broke without warning.
Mind you, this is without heavy or really any use at all (I wore them about 5 times--the soles don't even look worn).
I hope that this was a one-time thing because I love these shoes. They are crazy comfortable (if just a smidgen small--nothing noticeable except for the first try on) and super cute. I just wish mine had lasted a bit longer before going out for repairs.
Edit 10/30: So, I had emailed the company expressing my dismay and they, within a few days too, called me and offered to replace the shoes for no cost! I just got them in the mail a couple of days ago and they are perfect. I hope I have better luck with these! So, I'm upping this rating from a 3 star to a 4 star because the awesomeness of this company needs to be known!
